1.  This weekend, 20 athletes qualified in 19 events for the Regional Championships, girls finished as District Runner-ups, boys finished 3rd

Kennedy Schlessman won 4 District Championships in the 4x800 relay, 1600m, 800m, and 4x400 relay, breaking her own school record in the 1600m run, and also breaking District records in all 4 of her events. Jadyn Towns, Olivia Kohlmann, and Kyla Garbe were also part of the 4x400 relay. Kyla Garbe won the 300 hurdles, breaking the District record. Jaden Carey, Kyla Garbe, Kaylee Parker, and Eliana Cozzie advanced in the 4x100 relay, Jaden Carey and Kyla Garbe also both advanced in the long jump, with Carey advancing in the 100 hurdles and high jump. Jadyn Towns also advanced in the 1600m and 800m runs

Boys advancing;
Beau Harkelroad in both 110 and 300 hurdles, he broke District record in 300 hurdles, along with 4x200 relay District record with Joe Schaeffer, Andrew Delaney, and Conner Schaeffer. 4x100 advances with Austin Brunow, Andrew Delaney, Beau Harkelroad, and Conner Schaeffer. Conner Schaeffer also advanced in the 200m and 4x400 relay, along with Luke Rager, Jackson Campbell, and Tyler Kohlmann. Kohlmann also qualified in the 1600m and 800m runs. 

2.  On Tuesday after school, there will be an informational meeting in the cafeteria for any student interested in running Cross Country next year.  

3.   On Thursday there will be a meeting for girls interested in playing tennis in the Fall.  Please meet in the cafeteria after school.

4.  Juniors who went on the class trip, be sure to stop by the high school office for the group picture.

5.  From the cafeteria, starting Tuesday charging will not be allowed.  Please make sure you have money on your account to purchase lunch or any extras.  

6.   CCP students are reminded they need to return their materials to the School Counseling office.

7.  Attention freshmen, sophomore, and junior girls……. Are you involved in our community?

An Informational Meeting for contestants and parents is scheduled for Friday, May 26, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the Huron Boat Basin Building.
