  1.  Today’s lunch is Chicken Tenders.


  1. The Huron High School Student Council is organizing a fundraiser for Senior Meg Krafty who is battling a medical condition.  If you would like to participate in the fundraiser to support Meg, you can order a #MegStrong t-shirt.  Order forms are in the office.  All proceeds will be donated to her family.  Shirts are encouraged to be worn at the Huron vs. Clyde football game on Friday, October 13.


  1. Any 8th grade student council member or honor society member who wants to run for office should email Mrs. Rowen by the end of the week.


  1. Spirit week is this week. Today is Red, White, and Blue - you must have on all 3 colors to earn spirit week points for your homeroom. Tomorrow is Western Wear.


  1. One of the kindest gifts you can give someone is a genuine smile. We’re not talking a creepy glare-and-grin at strangers. We mean look up at the person and smile. Be kind by acknowledging them as a person. You never know what people are going through. Your smile could be the kindest thing they see all day.


  1. Attendance Matters!  Congratulations to the following students who won prizes by signing the pledge to stay in the game and keep learning every day.  Would the following students please come to the office sometime today to pick up your prize.
