  1. Today’s lunch is Hot Dog.


  1. Notes and lunch money should be brought to the office daily at the beginning of 1st period. 


  1. Grade cards will be distributed Friday.  Please be sure fees/lunch charges are paid.


  1. 6-8th graders interested in participating in STEAM Club, we have our second meeting this Friday in Mr. Haplea's room. We meet from 2:30-4:00 pm.

That is for 6-8th graders, this Friday from 2:30-4:00...STEAM Club in Mr. Haplea's room.


  1. Student Council is sponsoring a Halloween Costume contest today.  Prizes will be given for Scariest, Most Detailed, Best Group, Funniest, Most Original/Creative and Best Overall.  No weapons, face paint or masks permitted.

 

  1. Junior High Girls Basketball Tryouts will be held from today and tomorrow from 6:30-8:00pm at Woodlands.  You must have a current physical on file to participate in the open gym, tryouts, and the season.  Any questions please contact Coach Bauer and/or Coach Hotz.


  1. 7th and 8th grade Boys Basketball Tryouts are today from 2:45-4:45 at Mccormick. You must have a current physical on file to participate.  Tell your parents to follow Huron Basketball on Twitter, Instagram, and facebook for updates. If you have questions, see Mr. Miller or Mr. Demos.


  1. Tomorrow there will be a meeting at 2:00 for 7th and 8th graders interested in Wrestling.


  1. Cheer tryouts for grades 7 & 8 are on Saturday, November 11, at Woodlands from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.  Forms will be available in the office by Friday, November 3.  All paperwork must be completed and turned in on the day of tryouts.


  1. Students if you are asked a question in conversation, it is only polite to ask a question in return. If someone asks, “Did you have a nice weekend?” you should answer the question and then ask a question in return. For example: “Yes I had a great time this weekend. My family and I went shopping. What about you? Did you have a nice weekend?” McCormick Students are polite and show others that they are just as interested in them as they are in you.  


11. McCormick Students work to be as organized as possible.
