1. Monday, March 27th – Wednesday, March 29th from 3pm-5pm will be cheer tryouts, at the Huron High School gymnasium. Incoming freshman should have one parent attend a brief meeting on Monday, March 27th at 5pm. Stop by the office to pick up an information packet.

2. Junior high tryouts will be held at Huron High School March 27th – March 29th. Monday, March 27 at 5pm, there will be an informational parent/candidate meeting. The clinic will start at 530pm and run through 730pm. In order to participate in the clinic an emergency medical form will be needed. All other forms can be turned in on Tuesday. Candidates attire on Monday: black shorts, any Huron T-shirt and ponytail with any color bow.

3. State testing for 7th grade will begin the morning of March 20th and 21st. State testing for 8th grade will begin the morning of March 22nd and 23rd.

4. There will be a student council meeting today in room 207 during 8th grade lunch. All members are expected to attend. We will be discussing the end of the year dance.

5. The current 8th grade McCormick Honor Society members -
(not the new members) - will meet with Mrs. Aber Friday after school for about 5 - 10 minutes. Officers of Honor Society will meet for about 5 minutes longer that day. Please see Mrs. Aber during the day Friday if you cannot come to the brief meeting after school.

6. Cinderella's Closet Dress and Accessories drive this Saturday, March 18 from 10 am - noon at the Huron Public Library.
