1. Football weight lifting will begin on Monday, January 16 at 7PM in the HHS Weight Room. See Coach Hohler if you have any questions.

Attention all Seniors: The deadline to turn in all community service hours is Friday,
January 13th. Remember you need 50 hours total and no more than 25
can come from sports. Please turn in all hours to Mr. Munafo in the
main office. All completed forms are due to Mr. Munafo by 2:50pm on the 13th.
3. Attention Students: Stop into the Guidance office if you would like
information about the Ohio Operating Engineers Apprenticeship and
Training Program. You can also learn more by visiting www.local18training.com

Abbott and Fenner Scholarship - Scholarship
award of $1,000 available to graduating seniors. Essay requirement and

Northwest Region Ohio School Boards Association Educational Book Grant - Eligible
students must be a graduating senior planning to major in teacher
education at an accredited college or university in the state of Ohio.
Minimum 3.0 GPA and exhibit potential as an educational leader,
professional competence, community involvement, and evidence of good
moral character. Applications can be found in the Guidance office and
online at www.ohioschoolboards.org/nw-region DEADLINE IS JANUARY 30, 2017.
The William D. Squires Scholarship - Scholarship
award amount is $3,000 per year and is renewable. Eligibility is
primarily based upon financial need. Applicants must already know their
career goal and must show academic promise; minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA.

Delta Lambda Chapter Educational Scholarship - Scholarship
award available to an outstanding high school graduating senior woman
entering a recognized teacher training institution in need of funds to
complete her professional teaching educational career goals.
Applications can be found in the Guidance office. DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MARCH 22, 2017.
5. U.S. Army will be visiting on January 18th at 1:00 in the Tiger Union. Sign up is available in the Guidance office.
