1. Attention students who plan to attend the St. Pete’s Retreat: Your permission form must be turned in to our office prior to the absence. All absences must be approved so that your tests and homework may be made up. You are responsible for making up all missed work.

2. Power of the Pen - a writing club - will have its first meeting tomorrow, right after school in Mrs. Aber's room. 7th and 8th graders both are welcome to come if you like to write stories to a prompt, whether you plan to try for the competitive part of the club or not. We will finish at 3:25, so make arrangements for a ride home.

3. To help raise awareness and money for The American Cancer Society there will be a “Pink Out” at school and at the football game on Friday, October 14th. T-shirts can be ordered at Lucky Stone.
