In honor of today's veterans day program, McCormick Jr. Honor Society is asking 6th grade students and staff to wear red, 7th grade students and staff to wear white, and 8th grade students and staff to wear blue.

Steam club meets today in Mr. Haplea’s room. We will meet from 2:30 to 4:00 PM. See you there.

The BROX boys group will meet today. 8th grade boys will meet during 4th period in the art room. 7th grade will meet during 5th period in the art room.

Cheer tryouts for grades 7 & 8 are on Saturday, November 11, at Woodlands from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.  Forms are available in the office.  All paperwork must be completed and turned in on the day of tryouts.

McCormick students respect their educational environment. They make sure if they see a mess or trash laying around, they do their part by helping to pick or clean it up. Whether in the cafeteria, restroom, hallway or classroom do your part and help to keep our McCormick home neat and orderly to support our learning environment. 

McCormick students when meeting new people always shake hands and repeat their names.

Students are reminded that the school rules prohibit the chewing of gum in school.  There has been an increase in the amount of gum being found on the floors and other surfaces in the building.
