1. Today’s lunch is Mac & Cheese.

2. Student Council is sponsoring a Get Ready for the Test Coloring Contest for the month of April.  Coloring sheets may be picked up in the office between class or before study hall and are due by April 30.. Once you have completed the paper, return it to the office with your name and grade written on the back. The top 3 winners in each grade will receive a prize. 

3. ROX will meet today.  7th grade will meet 1st period.  8th grade will meet 2nd period.

4. Attention 8th grade students, Student Council is taking orders for Class of 2028 t-shirts. The deadline to order a shirt is this Friday. See Mrs. Rowen if you need another order form.

5. State Testing next week:  Tuesday Apr 30 and Thursday May 2 for Math.
Make sure to bring your charged chromebook and charger.  During the testing period students are not permitted to have communication devices in the testing room, this includes smart watches.  These will need to be placed in your locker during the testing period.

6. Students that are waiting to enter the cafeteria for lunch must remain in line and stay to the right hand side of the hallway allowing those students and staff room to get by.

7. Students let's THINK before you speak. Make sure whatever it is that you have to say passes the THINK Test prior to saying it. 
T - is what you have to say True
H - is what you have to say Helpful
I - is what you have to say Inspiring
N - is what you have to say Necessary
K - is what you have to say Kind

8. McCormick students during an assembly or presentation, you do not speak or call out to friends. Always be respectful of the presenter.  

9. Make sure you are exhibiting the skills of Positive Communication, Positive Group/Team Work, Being to class on Time, Problem Solving, Questioning and Reflecting, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Listening, and Empathy for a chance to earn a ticket for the end of the quarter rewards.  We will be giving away some great prizes.

10. Following the announcements would the following students please report to the office with their chromebook and pencils. Lyla Ehrnsberger, Zachary Kuhl, Emma McGraw and Taryn Morgan

11. Stay in the Game - keep coming to school and make sure you are working hard to be the best me you can be.
