  1. Today’s lunch is Chicken.


  1. Congratulations to Miss Dunn on completing her resident educator program. Huron City Schools is fortunate to have you and we are excited for your accomplishment. Great job!


  1. Remember, only students riding the bus home at the end of the day are permitted to leave the building or be in the hallways at the 2:20 bell.  Students that are parent pick-up, walking or riding their bike are not to exit their 7th period class until the 2:25 bell.


  1. The lost and found is filling up!  Please check the lost and found in front of the auditorium for missing items - Lunch boxes, water bottles, clothes, school supplies. 


  1. Grade cards will be distributed during homerooms today.  Please make sure your fees are paid.


  1. 6th grade Brox meets 1st period today in the band room.  Girls group A meets in the art room 6th period.  Girls group B meets in the art room 7th period.


  1. Spring break is March 29 - April 5.  There is no school on April 8 due to the Total Solar Eclipse.


  1. If you are interested in taking CCP classes for this summer or next school year, you need to turn in your CCP Letter of Intent to Ms. T. by April 1.


  1. McCormick yearbooks are on sale!  The deadline to order a yearbook is April 11th.  Order online at ybpay.lifetouch.com using code 14845924 or turn in your order form with a check made payable to McCormick. 


  1. Students that are waiting to enter the cafeteria for lunch must remain in line and stay to the right hand side of the hallway allowing those students and staff room to get by.


  1. McCormick students respect others not only in their speech but also their actions. Students need to realize that their actions can show disrespect as well. When students tsk another person, roll their eyes, or smack their lips these are all signs of disrespect. Gestures like these are a sign of disrespect and a bad attitude. Let’s stay positive, and show respect at all times.


  1. McCormick students work hard to get better each and every day. So make sure you are completing your homework every day. 


  1. Make sure you are exhibiting the skills of Positive Communication, Positive Group/Team Work, Being to class on Time, Problem Solving, Questioning and Reflecting, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Listening, and Empathy for a chance to earn a ticket for the end of the quarter rewards.  We will be giving away some great prizes.


  1. Stay in the Game - keep coming to school and make sure you are working hard to be the best me you can be.
