  1. Today’s lunch is Brunch for Lunch.


  1. Reminder to all students - if you are not at school by 8:00am or if you are absent for the day, you can not participate in after school activities.


  1. Reminder to all students: Cell phones are to remain in your locker during the school day. Hoods are not to be worn up on your head.


  1. Any notes for the office, payments, or physicals, should be brought to the office at the beginning of first period.


  1. Current Jr. Honor Society Members will meet in the auditorium today during 8th grade study hall.


  1. STEAM Club will meet this Friday in Mr. Haplea’s room.


  1. If you are interested in taking CCP classes for this summer or next school year, you need to turn in your CCP Letter of Intent to Ms. T. by April 1.


  1. McCormick yearbooks are on sale!  The deadline to order a yearbook is April 11th.  Order online at ybpay.lifetouch.com using code 14845924 or turn in your order form with a check made payable to McCormick. 


  1. Students that are waiting to enter the cafeteria for lunch must remain in line and stay to the right hand side of the hallway allowing those students and staff room to get by.


  1. McCormick students respect their educational environment. They make sure if they see a mess or trash laying around, they do their part by helping to pick or clean it up. Whether in the cafeteria, restroom, hallway or classroom do your part and help to keep our McCormick home neat and orderly to support our learning environment.      

    

  1. McCormick students when returning from a field trip, shake the hands of every chaperone.  


  1. Make sure you are exhibiting the skills of Positive Communication, Positive Group/Team Work, Being to class on Time, Problem Solving, Questioning and Reflecting, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Listening, and Empathy for a chance to earn a ticket for the end of the quarter rewards.  We will be giving away some great prizes.


  1. Make sure you are coming to school each day and working hard to become the best person you can be. Stay In The Game!!! So far this quarter the attendance competition is still close.  6th grade is at 95.34%, 7th grade is at 95.27%  and 8th grade is at 94.8%. With only 3 weeks left in the quarter this is going to be a really close race. 7th grade has pulled to within 7 hundredths of a percent of the 6th grade.  Great job, keep coming to school and working hard to be the best me you can be.
