1. Tomorrow is the first dance of the year. Tickets will be sold during eighth grade lunch and during seventh grade study hall today. Eighth graders can buy tickets at lunch tomorrow, but the seventh graders will have to buy a ticket at the door.

Here is some useful information about the dance.

- Wear your regular school clothes to the dance – it is not a dress-up dance.
- The dance ends promptly at 4:30. Make sure you have a ride home waiting for you at 4:30 or have other arrangements ready at 4:30.
- No bags, cell phones or other belongings go into the gym for the dance. You will be able to go to your locker after the dance to get these things before leaving school.
- Once you leave the dance and the school building, you may not re-enter.
- There will be lots of music, cookies and fun, so start the Year Jammin’ at tomorrow’s dance!

2. Attention Student Council Members! There will be a brief meeting today right after school in room 207. The meeting should be over by 2:55. Please let your coaches know that you may be a few minutes late to practice that day as all members are expected to attend. See Mrs. Rowen in room 207 if you have any questions.

3. Articles of clothing, books, notebooks etc. that are found throughout the school building will be placed on a table outside the cafeteria. If you lost something, please stop by the table and claim your item.
