Announcements - Wednesday, 1/10/18

1.  Huron High School will move their exam schedule to Thursday, Friday, Tuesday.  
 Thursday's dismissal for all students will be at 12:40pm. This includes those who eat "C" lunch.
 

2.  Attention CCP students - Please stop in to the Counseling office to pick up your books for the Spring session at Firelands College.  Also, books will not be given out if you have not returned books from the fall.
 
3.  Football lifting will begin on Monday, January 15 at 7PM in the weight room.

4.  Attention ALL SENIORS: In order to qualify for the Diploma of Distinction you must have 50 hours of community service turned in by the end of 1st semester.  No more than 25 hours can be sports related.  Your deadline for this is January 12th.  Please turn all hours into Mrs. Bengele in the Main Office.  If you have questions about your current amount turned in, please see Mrs. Smith in the Counseling Office. 

5.  Baseball open gyms:  Thursday, January 11th at 8:30pm-9:15pm at Woodlands
(Hitting) January 14th (Sunday) at Woodlands Juniors & Seniors 4:30pm-5:15pm, Freshmen, Sophomores 5:15-6:00pm.

6.  Exam Cram at the Library will continue today and tomorrow evening in the Quiet Reading room.  Drinks and snacks will be provided as you prepare for your upcoming tests.  Our study rooms are available also.

Teen writers have an opportunity to meet and work with local author Rob Smith as he presents "The Writer's Imagination" on Fridays, January 19 and February 2 and 16, and March 2 and 3:30pm.  Want to work on your writing style and strength?  Register on the Library's website or call 419-433-5009

Teen Library Council's meeting has been moved to Sunday, January 21, at 1:30pm.

7.  Lunch today is Buffalo chicken rippers.
