1. Seniors today is the deadline to apply for Honor Cords as well as verify the Top
10%, Honors Diploma and Diploma of Distinction lists that are posted in
the Counseling office. See Mrs Fahr with any questions.
2. Attention all Juniors going on the class trip: The last payment is due this
week. If you need to know your remaining balance, please see Mr.
Schaeffer.
3. The U.S Marines will be visiting on Monday, Feb. 26th at 8:30 in the Tiger Union. Sign up through Naviance if you are interested.
4. Today during lunch you can purchase $2 bracelets to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
5. A photographer will be coming in to the gym on Wednesday, February 21,
during 1st period to take pictures of the following clubs: Concert
Band, Chorale, Pep Band, Jazz Band, Concert Choir, Student Council,
Troubadours, NHS, Model UN, Art Club, Speech & Debate and TLC.
Please plan accordingly.
6. Auditions for this year's Spring musical, "The Sound of Music" will be held on Tuesday, February 20th and Wednesday, February 21st.
Audition packets and information are available in the office or the
choir room. Sign up sheets for audition times will be in the choir room.

7. Mr. Lamb is looking for a junior with a driver's license that will be
willing to help an elderly woman in Huron. Parent permission would be
required. See Mr. Lamb for more information if interested.
8. Senior girls - Nurse Janis is organizing a free self-defense class
in cooperation with Huron Police. A sign-up sheet is in the main office
if you are interested.
9. Cedar Point's open house is Sunday, March 4, from 2-5 pm at Castaway Bay where they will be offering on-site interviews and job offers.
10. Registration for Huron Baseball Softball Program will have sign-ups on Sunday, March 4, at the Huron Eagles Club. For more information please stop in the high school office.
11. Lunch today is chicken nuggets & mashed potatoes.
