Announcements - Monday, 2/26/18
1. Attention all Juniors- you will be taking the ACT tomorrow. Please be in the HHS gym by 7:25am. If you have a graphing calculator, please bring it with you. There will be a break during your test tomorrow. If you would like any food or drink during that time, please bring that with you as well.

TLC is collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in order to
raise money for childhood cancer. Please help us out by collecting pop
tabs and dropping them off in the office or in Mrs. Bender's room before
April 13th. Thank you for your efforts!
3. The final NHS sponsored Red Cross Blood Drive will be held in the gym Wednesday, Feb. 28.
Please see NHS members at lunch to sign up. Appointments should be
made for times when you have study hall or during classes in which work
is more easily completed on your own time.
4. The U.S Marines will be visiting today at 8:30 in the Tiger Union. Sign up through Naviance if you are interested.
5. Den Time is cancelled for today.
6. The free self-defense class for senior girls will be held on Thursday, March 8th, at 3pm in the wrestling room off the high school band room. Please wear comfortable, modest clothing and tennis shoes. Sign up sheets are in the high school office if you are interested.
7. 2018 football cheer tryouts will be held on Monday, March 5th through Wednesday, March 7th from 4pm until 6pm
in the high school gymnasium. Tryout packets are available in the high
school office. All forms need to be submitted on Monday, 3/5, in order
to participate. (These dates are subject to change if Varsity boys
basketball are still in the playoffs)
8. Freshmen - you are only two days away from taking the attendance lead!
9. Cedar Point's open house is Sunday, March 4, from 2-5 pm at Castaway Bay where they will be offering on-site interviews and job offers.
10. Registration for Huron Baseball Softball Program will have sign-ups on Sunday, March 4, at the Huron Eagles Club. For more information please stop in the high school office.
11. Lunch today is chicken nuggets & mashed potatoes.
