1. If parents were unable to attend the College Credit Plus (CCP) meeting, another session will be held today at Firelands BGSU at 6:00pm in Room 163.

2. All parents of eighth grade students planning to attend Huron High School, are invited to an Information Night TONIGHT at 5:30pm in the McCormick Auditorium. Huron High School Counselors will provide an overview of the Course Planning Guide and Scheduling Process for the 2019-20 School Year.

3. Perkins Briar Middle School is hosting their 2nd Chess Tournament Saturday, March 16th. All area chess players in grades 3 through 12 are invited.

4. Parent-Teacher conferences are today from 5pm-8pm and on Thursday, February 21st from 3pm-7pm. Parents should call the office to schedule a conference time.

5. This Friday, Phil Brickner from Brewer Garrett, will be our Future Friday’s presenter. Students are reminded to check in with study hall and wait to be called to the auditorium.

6. REMINDER: 2018-19 Yearbook orders must be submitted by February 24th. Order online or give the order forms with payment to Mr. Roth in the morning, or Mr. Maleski or Mrs. Brown.

7. If you would like to place a Scholastic book order, or take a flyer home, please see your Language Arts teacher, Mrs. LaCrosse, or Mrs. James. There are a lot of bonus offers this month! Online ordering information is available with the flyers. Paper orders must be given to Mrs. James by Friday, February 22, 2019.

8. Students interested in playing baseball or softball through the Huron Baseball Softball Program, please pick up a registration packet in the office. Registration is on Sunday, March 3rd from 1pm – 4pm at the Huron Eagles Club.

9. The Huron Tiger Core Value of the month of February is: Respectful. Being respectful can be as easy as using good manners or being an attentive listener. Your teachers, cafeteria workers, and custodians will be nominating our most respectful students at the end of the month. Top vote getter wins 4 passes good for any day next summer to Cedar Point. Respect means valuing others.
 
10.  Mrs. LaCrosse needs to see Nolan Defazio and Jaden Carey during studyhall today.
