1. 1.    On Saturday, October 28th, St. Peter School is hosting the 3rd annual Spooktacular 5K and Kids Pumpkin Fun Run.  All runners and walkers are welcome.  Costumes are encouraged.  There will be lots of food and prizes after the race.

   2.    7^th and 8^th grade girls basketball tryouts will be October 27^th through November 3^rd.  Questions – see Ms. Jackson or Ms. Cotton.

   3.   Boys Basketball Open Gyms:

   --Monday Oct. 30th - 7th grade boys from 6:30 - 7:30 and 8th grade boys 7:30 - 8:30 (quick meeting at 7:15 for the 8th grade boys)

   --Wednesday Nov. 1st- 7th grade boys 6:30 - 7:30 and 8th grade boys from 7:30 - 8:30

   4.   Junior High Basketball Cheer Tryouts will be at Woodlands on Tuesday, October 31^st through Thursday, November 2^nd. Please pick up the tryout packet in the office.  All paperwork must be completed and turned in the first day of clinic.

   5.    Its coming…..October 31^st is Halloween, and that's when McCormick will have its next dance, with costumes, prizes, dancing and monstrous fun.   Ticket sales start TOMORROW during lunches for $5.  If you just want to come to school in costume on Halloween but can't come to the dance, you can do that for $1. The Halloween dance will benefit our local food pantry and hurricane relief efforts. 

   6.    This Friday marks the end of the first quarter.  Fees need to be paid, overdue library books returned, uniforms returned, etc. so that your grade card is not withheld. 

   7.    SC and Junior Honor Society member, today is the last day to sign up to sell tickets or work the dance.  If you have not signed up by the end of study hall today, Mrs. Rowen and Mrs. Aber will assign you a time to work.

   8.   Ripcho Studio will be here for picture retakes on Monday, October 30^th at 10:45 (the beginning of 5^th period).  If you were absent on picture day in September, plan to have your picture taken. Order forms are available in the office if you need one. If you received your pictures and are not happy with them, please remember to bring those with you to give to the photographer on October 30^th so you may have your picture re-taken.
