Get those New Year's resolutions off to a good start with the Kindness
Campaign at the Huron Public Library. From Monday, January 6 to
Saturday, January 11 stop by the Library to learn about ways to help the
Huron community. We will also be taking donations
of non-perishable food items and winter gear like coats, hats, gloves,
and scarves during this week. Start the new decade off with some good
karma!
NEW THIS WINTER: The Library will be holding an Introductory Meeting for our brand new Teen Photography Club. If you are interested in learning about photography, or just want to improve your skills with people your own age, join this club. The first meeting is on Saturday, January 11 at 10 am. Future meetings will be determined by the group and cameras will be provided.
On
Sunday, January 12, the Teen Library Council will be meeting to create
the Blind Date with a Book display for the Library. If you want to join
the Teen Library Council to meet others that enjoy making a difference
in their community, come to this meeting
