Announcements - Wednesday, 9/04/19

1. Troubadour auditions are today and Thursday in the high school choir room. If you have any questions, please see Miss Jackson.

2.  There will be an informational meeting today after school in Mr. Steve Schaefer's

room 210 for any student interested in becoming a new member of Model United Nations.

3.  Attention Seniors:  The Elks Student of the Month scholarship applications are available in the Counseling office.  If selected as a student of the month, you will not only be entered into the local scholarship competition, but also have your bio in the Sandusky Register and be invited to a scholarship dinner in May.  Students must submit completed applications in person (do not drop them off) to Mrs. Smith in the Counseling office with a wallet size photo. 

4.  Congratulations to the Huron Student Section on being the Week 1 winner for the Dewey Furniture Student Section of the Week! 

5.  The following colleges will be visiting Huron High School in the near future. Sign up through your Naviance account to visit with their admission representatives in the Student Union.  Please see Mrs. Smith in the counseling office for a pass on the day of the visit.
