Announcements - Thursday, 9/12/19

1.  Seniors don't forget to apply for the Elks Student of the Month scholarship in the Counseling office.  Only the first 14 students to apply will be entered.

2.  Steve Maraboli states,  "Take accountability... Blame is the water in which many dreams and relationships drown."  The Huron Tiger Core Value for the month of September is accountability.  If you are always accountable for your actions and do what you say you are going to do, you could be a Core Value nominee.  

3.  The Varsity Football team is looking for someone to join their camera crew for the 2019 season for games and practices.  This person will receive an All-Sports Pass for the 2019-2020 school year and free meals on Thursday and Friday nights during the season.  Please see Coach Hohler if you are interested in helping us out.

4.  On Tuesday, 9/17, Ripcho Studio will be at our building to take pictures of the underclassmen (grades 9-11) first thing in the morning.  Order forms are being handed out today.  Please be sure to bring this form back with you on picture day if you would like to place an order.  Extra forms will be available in the high school office.

5.  Seniors - Please log into Naviance and complete the HHS Brag sheet.  Stop in the Counseling office and sign up for your individual senior meeting.  Plan for about 30-45 minutes.

Also Seniors log into your Naviance account to schedule a time for upcoming college visits and also the new scholarship opportunities that have been added.The following colleges will be visiting Huron High School in the near future.
