The Huron swim teams traveled to Norwalk last evening for a quad meet.
The girls team went 3-0 while the boys team split 1-1.
First place finishers for the Tigers were:
Allison Dieter, Kennedy Masterson, Riley Roldan, Maggie Golling, Weston Brown, Granthem Brown and Kennedy Camp.

Please join us at the "5th quarter" this Friday for free pizza and pop
after the game - location is the United Methodist Church.
3. Attention all students: Bring in any loose change you have to stall
your 5th period teacher. NHS and TLC will be collecting money to help
kids in our community during Christmas. We will be collecting change
through December 12th. The 5th period class that gives the most change /
money will win a pizza party.

Sports Force will be here Thursday, 12/12, day during lunches looking for potential
employees. Stop by their table to check out job opportunities.
5.
Attention all current sophomore and junior football players! There
will be a brief meeting at 2:30pm on Monday, 12/9, in room 104 at HHS to
sign up for Salvation Army Bell ringing. See Coach Hohler if you
cannot make the sign up.
6.
It's not too late to sign up for Ski Club! Information packets are
available in the high school office. The 2nd deadline is Friday,
December 20th.
7. Lifetouch will be at Huron High School on Friday, December 13, to photograph Seniors who have not had their picture taken through Lifetouch for
the yearbook. They will be here at 7am. This will be your last chance
to get your photo in the yearbook. Please plan accordingly.

Want to give back this holiday season? Come to the Huron Public
Library and visit our Greetings of Gratitude table where you can write a
holiday card to a veteran, service man or woman. The library provides
the cards, envelopes and addresses. All you have to do is write a quick
note to make a veteran's holiday.
Looking
for a great gift this holiday season? We have you covered! The
Library will be having a Book Sale from Friday, December 6, to Sunday,
December 8. All books are less than $3 and most of them are only $1.
Stop by and find some great books, movies, or CDs for everyone on your
holiday shopping list!

Don't forget to bring in chemo care package items into your 5th period
class before December 18th! Items to bring are listed in each class,
and the winning class wins a donut party! If you have any questions,
contact Abi Miller. Let's help raise the spirits of children battling
cancer this holiday season.
