On November 11-13th, Student Council will be hosting auditions for a
school talent show. The show will be at the high school at the end of
the school day April 17th, and performed that night at McCormick Jr High
for parents and other students to see. An informational meeting will
be held in the Tiger Union on Friday, October 25th.
2. There will be a mandatory basketball meeting in Coach Schaefers room today after school for anyone who is going to tryout for boys
basketball.

All students planning on taking a CCP course at Firelands College or
online this Spring: Please come to the Counseling Office to sign up for
an advising appointment with Mrs. Sophia Jackson. She will be here again on October 30.
4. Community Service Opportunity: Admirals Pointe is having their annual
Trick or Treat/Haunted House today from 6:30-9pm.
They are in need of student helpers. Please contact Lisa (Activities

5. Sergeant Gainer from the Air Force National Guard will be here during lunch on
Friday, October 25.

Attention those in need of volunteer hours! Victoria Eytchison is
looking for volunteers to participate in this year's Reading Buddies
program. Reading Buddies is a reading program at Shawnee School where
volunteers read books with second graders every Tuesday and Thursday
after school. Get in touch with Victoria by Friday, 10/25, if you're
interested!
7. Basketball cheer tryouts are scheduled for Tuesday, October 29th
through Thursday, October 31st. Tryouts will be held at Shawnee
Elementary. Cheer packets are available in the high school office. All
forms must be completed prior to tryouts.

St. Peter School is hosting their annual Spooktacular 5K Pumpkin Fun
Run on Saturday, October 26th. Registration papers are available in the
high school office if you'd like to participate. They are also looking
for volunteers to help out the morning
of the race. Volunteers are needed between 8am-11am. Interested

Presale tickets for Friday's home football game vs Port Clinton are on
sale in the office. Cost is $5. All tickets at the gate will be $6.
