HURON HIGH SCHOOL
1. There will be a meeting on Wednesday, October 28th for anyone interested in playing softball. The meeting will be after school in the cafeteria.
2. Any boy interested in playing basketball this year, there is a meeting Tuesday, 10/27, right after school in Mr. Schaeffer's Rm 207.
3. Attention all SOPHOMORES who are planning on going on the EHOVE field
trip. Do not forget that permission slips are due to the GUIDANCE
OFFICE today.

Jostens will be here for Senior graduation orders for caps, gowns,
announcements, etc. during lunch today. Please make sure you have your
order form with you and turn that in during your lunch.

Presale tickets for tonight's home football game vs Clyde are on sale in
the office. All tickets in advance are $5. The cost at the gate will
be $6.
6. New Community Service Opportunity: Admiral's Pointe Nursing Home is
looking for volunteers to help with their Haunted Ghost Town Trick or
Treat Thursday, Oct. 29th from
6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. Please arrive at least a half hour early and plan on staying the entire time.

Seniors: Huron Rotary will now be inviting you to their luncheons on
Tuesdays. If you would like to attend, please pick up a form in the
high school office. Once the form is completed and turned back into the
office we will schedule you a time to go. We normally like to send two
at a time so you may want to partner up with a friend.
9. The Huron Public Library Teen Library Council Halloween After-hours Costume Party will take place Saturday, October 24 from 6 - 10 pm. Members need to pick up a permission slip and bring it and a side dish or dessert the evening of the event. Questions?

The Huron Interact Club is an International Service organization of
13-18 year olds sponsored by the Huron Rotary Club. To fund their first
International project, the Huron Interact Club will be holding a
spaghetti dinner and raffle on November 1st from 6-7:30pm
at the First Presbyterian Church. Dinner tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children.

all students who are taking a Bowling Green class 2nd semester at
Firelands or HHS but are not currently taking one this Fall: You must
RE-APPLY to BGSU Firelands on their website. You will not be able to
take a Spring College Credit Plus Course if you do not re-apply. Your
deadline for all applications is Friday, Nov. 13th.
