Grandparents Day at Shawnee and Woodlands

The power of family is something that makes Huron a special place. “Grandparents' Day” is a time when we celebrate family in our school. At this event grandparents are able to experience Shawnee and Woodlands as their grandchildren participate in the educational process. Teachers planned activities, musicals and interactive lessons. Overall, it was a great day! Thank you to all the grandparents for coming and the PTO for putting this event together. “Grandparents' Day” proves that family support can make a difference.
