1. The Lady Tiger golf team was defeated by Edison yesterday by a score of
161 to 162. Kylie Greulich was medalist with a 34 and Julia Hippely
carded a season low 38. Shooting their career low rounds were Rachel
Stadler with a 41 and Aubrey Baumler with a 49.
Girls Golf practice will be at Thunderbird north, beginning at 3:00. We will play the back nine.2. Attention all students who may be interested in Firefighting or EMT as a
future career. The Huron Fire Department has a few openings in their
Explorer program. If you are interested, stop into the Guidance Office
and see Mrs. Fahr.

Attention all students interested in attending the Model UN Conference
this year: There will be a brief meeting right after school this Monday, August 31, in room 206. See Mrs. Merckens with any questions.
4. Any student who feels they have surpassed their community service hours
could be eligible for recognition by receiving a special Spirit of
Community Award. Please stop into the Guidance department for more
information.

Huron Public Library is looking for volunteers to help move boxes for their upcoming sale. The time needed is Wednesday, September 9th, from 5pm-8pm, at the library. If you need more information, please contact Nancy Smith at 419-433-0151. This is a great way to earn community service hours.

Forms to order t-shirts and hoodies to benefit the Huron Football
Scholarship Fund are now available in the high school office. Please
stop by if you might be interested in ordering. Forms are to be
returned to Lucky Stone. $5 from each purchase is donated to the
football scholarship fund.

Presale tickets for Friday night's football game at Sandusky are on
sale in the high school office. Students are $4 and adults $6.
8. Lunch today is chicken nuggets & mashed potatoes or a toasted pizza sub.
