1.
Congratulations to the following athletes who qualified for District
wrestling: Luke Larson was runner-up, Devon Shaffer placed 3rd, Isaiah
Gonzales and Dakota Leeland each placed 4th. Keiten Jones placed 5th
and is an alternate. Good luck to you all!
2. The University of Mount Union will be visiting today at 10am in the Tiger Union. Sign up in the Guidance office if interested.
3. Starting on Thursdays in the Student Union, Debate Club will take place. The Club will begin right after school. Bring some ideas that you will be interested in discussing and bring a friend! We look forward to hearing all the great opinions you have!
3. New scholarship for Seniors: American Legion Auxiliary Scholarship - Scholarship award of
$500 offered to high school seniors of good moral character, have
financial need, and a relative of a military veteran, living or
deceased. Full eligibility details along with applications are in the
HHS Counseling office. Submit completed applications along with any required documents to the HHS Counseling office. DEADLINE MARCH 17, 2017.

Attention Students: The United States Coast Guard will be visiting Friday, March 24th at 9:30 a.m. in the Tiger Union. During their visit they will discuss their roles
and missions of the agency, immediately available job opportunities,
benefits of being in the Coast Guard, and the requirements to join the
service. This is a very informative visit that will be lasting around
45 minutes. Sign up is available now in the Counseling office.
5. Attention freshmen,
Jostens will be at
Huron High School on
Friday, March 3rd,
during lunch periods in the cafeteria to take additional class ring orders.
Please bring your
ring orders
to Jostens at this time.

promotions! Extra order packets are available in the main office and
payment options are listed on the
information packet.
