On behalf of Huron
City Schools and the Huron Board of
Education, I would like to thank the community and countless volunteers for
supporting our renewal levy. The district is grateful for the overwhelming
support and vote of confidence. The passage of Issue 3 was crucial in providing
stability to the district as we move forward.
There is considerable work that has to be done throughout
Huron City Schools in order to meet the expectations of our students, families,
and citizens of the community. As we
seek to prepare our young people for the workforce of today and tomorrow, the district
leadership team, working in
collaboration with the Board of Education, will work hard to ensure your tax
dollars are used in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
The success of our school district is a community effort. We
encourage everyone to get involved with your school system and provide
constructive input to ensure we meet the expectations of all.
