Huron Schools recently welcomed 3 new buses to the fleet. The purchase is the result of a consortium bid/purchase process in partnership with the Ohio Schools Council. The new environmentally friendly Blue Bird model will replace 3 high mileage buses purchased in the 90's. This represents the first new bus purchase in almost 6 years. With total fleet mileage in excess of 2.4 million miles, the 3 replacement buses are a welcome sight.
