1.  The Lady Tiger tennis team defeated Edison 3-2 last night.  Leading the way for Huron was Delaney Black with a win at 1st singles.  Elizabeth Mills added a win at 2nd singles and Katey Franks made it a singles sweep by winning at 3rd.  Huron hosts a strong Clyde team on Thursday at Fabens Park.

2. 
The Girls golf team defeated Old Fort and Fremont yesterday in a tri-meet.  Leading the way were Kylie Greulich with a 39 and Rachel Stadler with a 40.  Chipping in with a score of 42 was Julia Hippely and Caitlyn McNulty carded a 51.

3.  Any student interested in Model United Nations: Please stop by room 206 if you couldn't attend Monday's meeting, or if you still need a yellow information sheet.

4.  Homecoming is just around the corner and girls are already thinking about their homecoming dresses.  Cinderella's Closet has a large selection of homecoming dresses and will open their closet doors for Homecoming Dress Shopping Day on September 19th and 26th from 10am-2pm, by appointment only.  Homecoming dresses will be provided at no cost to high school girls.  Girls if the cost of purchasing a dress for Homecoming might be something you could use assistance with, please see Mrs Fahr in the Guidance office. 

5.  Heidelberg University will be here during lunches today.  Stop by their table if you might be interested in learning more about what Heidelberg has to offer.  On Thursday, a representative from the Army National Guard will be here during lunches.

6.  Baseball Open Field will be today at 5:30PM at Woodlands.

Photography Club is starting at the Huron Public Library. Call the Library for details. 419-433-5009.
Gaming Nights are every Tuesday at 6 pm at the Huron Public Library. Registration encouraged.

8.  Friday night's football game at Bellevue - the cost of a ticket for adults and students will be $6.  There is no presale for this game.

9.  Lunch today is General Tso chicken or a turkey wrap.
